Promote HSC at the Charlotte Corgi Club Racing Championship on May 13th!
When: The event is scheduled for Saturday May 13th, 2023! In the case of bad weather, we have a
rain date of Saturday May 20th, 2023!
Where: Reedy Creek Park Softball Field. 2900 Rocky River Rd, Charlotte, NC 28215
Time: The event is scheduled from 11a-5p. We do ask that you commit to the entire event, if you

Arrival: You can arrive anytime between 9:00AM-10:30AM depending on your required set up
time!
What to Bring: Please bring everything that you will want/need for your set for the day! This
includes merchandise, tents, tables, chairs, generators, promotional materials, giveaways, etc..
