Help our Customer Service team from the comfort of your home virtually! This role helps to clarify, log, and maintain efficient responses to patrons calling into the shelter. With your help, we can transcribe and transfer messages faster to the correct department and provide better overall customer service.
Duties: Volunteers will call into our voicemail system from home and transcribe the voicemail information into an excel document to then share with the Customer Service Team via email.
