Assist with ballroom setup that consists of: Placing numbers on tables, place corresponding table names if applicable, and placing name tags at seats. This position will also assist in arranging the configuration of tables as changes are needed. *Additional assistance as needed*
Attire: comfortable clothing, closed-toe shoes
Our Ties and Tails Gala is our largest fundraiser of the year, welcoming over 400 guests and their canine companions who are committed to supporting the Charlotte community. As an independent non-profit organization not affiliated with any national organization, our work depends on the generous support of individuals and donors. This special night caters to our most passionate supporters and raises vital funds to help continue our mission. We are hoping to raise over $300,000 this year as we return to an in-person event.
