Thank you for signing up to assist with our Surrenders Voicemail! Below are the directions on how to get started!
- Dial into 704-377-0534
- Dial extension 223
- Let ring, when voicemail message begins dial **
- It will ask you to dial a mailbox ID - The ID is 223#
- Passcode is 1537#
- Listen and transcribe into this Excel Sheet
- Save the excel sheet in excel format. Please do not save as a PDF.
- If a caller doesn't leave a phone number you can dial 5 after listening to the message and it will give you the number.
- If a message is in another language, you can notate it and leave it. Do not delete it.
- Do not return calls, this will be done by staff members.
- When completed please email the log to surrenders@humanecharlotte.org
