- Dial into 704-377-0534
- Dial extension 223
- Let ring, when voicemail message begins dial **
- It will ask you to dial a mailbox ID - The ID is 223#
- Passcode is 1537#
- Listen and transcribe into this Excel Sheet
- Save the excel sheet in excel format. Please do not save as a PDF.
- If a caller doesn't leave a phone number, please notate it in the excel sheet and save the message on the system. Do no delete it.
- Do not return calls, this will be done by staff members.
- When completed please email the log to surrenders@humanecharlotte.org
