- Dial into 704-377-0534
- Dial extension 223
- Let ring, when voicemail message begins dial **
- It will ask you to dial a mailbox ID - The ID is 223#
- Passcode is 2668#
- General Information about the surrending program.
- Listen and transcribe into this Excel Sheet
- Save the excel sheet in excel format. Please do not save as a PDF.
- Do not return calls unless you have been trained to do so. This is not a requirement and you are only expected to transcribe.
- When completed please email the log to surrenders@humanecharlotte.org
