Volunteers will need to be able to tolerate handling potentially smelly or soiled items (including laundry and other items impacted by urine/pee, feces/poop, blood, or vomit; disposable gloves provided).

Volunteers may be in the room while the surgical team is actively removing pets from kennels to send them home and would need to be aware of their surroundings to ensure they aren't obstructing any pathways or occupied kennels for the pets to leave the room.

VOLUNTEER SUPPORT PROVIDED:

One-on-one instruction will be provided by a member of the HSC Clinic Services Team.

Gloves and any other tools necessary for cleaning will be provided.
