Love Animals AND kids, want to help educate our youth in animal welfare and more?! Then this is the volunteer opportunity for you!
We have the opportunity to interact with children from middle school to high school ages with complex language, learning and/or cognitive disabilities. This is an offsite classroom program on Pet Care 101. Pet Care 101 involves running a station that will represent community resources for participants to spend a budget gathering their pet's needs.
We will meet at Philips Academy and conduct the same program with 2 different groups.
