Johnson & Wales University is hosting their JW & Tails event on April 21st and HSC has been invited to join! Help share HSC's mission and purpose with at a vendor booth provided by J&W University.
J&W will provide and set up a table and chairs for our organization, but volunteers will need to pick up a tent and the table bin from HSC before the event and return afterwards.
The event runs from 11am-2pm, but volunteers should arrive around 10:00am to ensure setup and arrival is prompt. The event is being hosted in the Residential Quad of Johnson & Wales.
Parking is available in the 215 S. Cedar Street Parking lot. Please contact Kimberly Rosenbaum upon arrival at (757)-274-2316 to coordinate where our booth is located.
