We are seeking volunteer photographers to capture memorable moments at the Humane Society of Charlotte’s annual Ties and Tails Gala, a black-tie optional, pet-friendly event. Photographers will play a key role in documenting the energy, excitement, and heartwarming interactions between our guests and their pets, helping to showcase the night’s success and support of HSC’s lifesaving programs.
Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality images of guests, their pets, and event highlights.
- Follow a provided shot list to ensure key moments are photographed, including guest arrivals, live auction, pet features, candid interactions, and special supporter recognitions.
- Collaborate with the HSC team and other photographers to ensure coverage of all aspects of the evening.
- Provide the Humane Society of Charlotte with digital copies of all photos within a timely matter after the event.
