Voicemail Box Instructions:  

• Dial into 704-377-0534 
• Dial extension 116
• Let ring, when voicemail message begins dial **  
• It will ask you to dial a mailbox ID - The ID is 116# 
• Passcode is 9463# 
• Use this VM transcriber call log .xlsx to write voicemails into. 
• Save the sheet in excel format and not as a PDF. 
• If a caller doesn't leave a phone number you can dial 5 after listening to the message and it will give you the number.
• If a message is in another language, you can notate it and leave it. Do not delete it.
• After a voicemail is transcribed please delete it, so it is not transcribed again
